Leavens Vision Loss Rehabilitation (LVLR) is here to support people with vision loss. We are dedicated to helping you build independence.
You may want to learn to accommodate for a decrease in vision, revisit skills you may have not used in a while, have your child assessed by an alternate professional or learn a new route.
LVLR connects people who have vision loss with specially trained professionals to help them attain their goals. Most of society never encounter a diagnosis of vision loss so when it happens it is not unusual to feel lost or confused as to what the future might hold. Learning to accommodate for vision loss is what we are all about.
Services to enhance independence:
This 20 hour course will teach concepts of Orientation and Mobility for safe movement of people with visual impairments.
